TheRTD directs, coordinates, and manages the University's digital transformation processes, as provided for by the Digital Administration Code. The main responsibilities include:

• the development and strategic management of information systems and ICT infrastructures;
• the oversight of cybersecurity and the interoperability of digital services;
• the reengineering of processes to improve the quality and efficiency of services;
• the promotion of digital innovation in support of citizens, businesses, and the academic community.

This figure is the point of reference for the implementation of the Digital Agenda and for the dissemination of innovative technological tools and services within the administration of the Polytechnic.
