It is the annual event dedicated to young people and the world of work, serving as a showcase that allows participants to better understand local, national, and international organizations, offering them a unique opportunity to meet company managers and human resources managers.

Promoted and coordinated by the Placement/Career Service Office of the Polytechnic University of Bari, it aims to involve companies, professional firms, organizations, and institutions interested in presenting themselves and recruiting new talent.

It is held virtually and in person.

In virtual mode on a highly innovative platform, where companies, professional firms and organizations can be present with a virtual stand to conduct interviews, webinars and presentations and chat with graduates, male and female students.

On-site at the “Cherubini” Covered Atrium of the University Campus, dedicated welcome stations are set up for each individual company, allowing candidates to meet in person for introductory interviews. Career and profession orientation workshops, technical seminars, and CV checks are also held.
