The procedure of WITHDRAWAL FROM STUDIES is online. No documentation needs to be submitted at the Student Secretariat counters. The tax of stamp duty will be fulfilled in a virtual.
 

Requirements and deadlines for submitting an application

To carry out the withdrawal from studies it is necessary to be in good standing with the contribution position for the last year in which the student enrolled. Please note that enrollment coincides with the payment of the first installment. The fee position will be verified ex officio and the Student Secretariat will inform the applicant of the outcome of the verification, invoicing in Esse3, through the appropriate PAGOPA payments, any amount that may need to be paid. Starting from the A.Y. 2020/21 (Art. 4e Tuition Regulations): “The student who submits the withdrawal application shall, in order to finalize the withdrawal itself, be required to pay at the same time all installments overdue at the time of submission of the withdrawal application relating to the academic year in which the withdrawal is made. It is specified that the academic year of withdrawal is the last academic year in which the student paid the t1 or another university installment".

Online submission procedures for the withdrawal application

The student must log in to their personal ESSE3 page. Select the “Career closure application” item from the Segreteria menu and complete the required steps.

After completing the online application, the student must pay the virtual stamp duty via PAGOPA, which will be automatically generated online, and any other payments that may still be outstanding. Failure to pay the virtual stamp duty or any other amount due will make it impossible to enter the withdrawal in Esse3.

The use of postal payment slips is not permitted. The stamp duty has been paid virtually.
